Our online payments are handled by PAYPAL, which is free to use and a completely secure site. Paypal lets you pay with all major credit cards including debit cards and bank transfers. It is completely hassle free.
If you prefer not to use this online method, other payments excepted include money orders, cheques and electronic transfers. Orders will be sent immediatly on clearance of these payment types.

Our return Policy
We are proud of our unique product and believe Australia Post to be a great mail provider. If by any chance the product arrives in less than perfect condition please advise us immediately, so it can be rectified.

All orders will be packaged and mailed within 3 working days of receipt and if you have not received your order within 7 working days within Australia, please notify us immediately, so tracking can begin and delivery assured.

The Houndbag is made to withstand all the usual ruff and tumbles of a dogs life, they are NOT however chew proof, so keep away from pesky puppies!!

We offer a 6 month guarantee on workmanship from time of purchase.
