Placing Orders
All orders placed by you on this website is an offer by you to purchase the particular goods for the price including postage specified in the website at the time you placed the order. Prices of products and other charges displayed on this website are current, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. If a product is sold out we will always notify you with options for other product colours. Houndbag reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or cancel orders at its discretion.
Shipping
Houndbag make every effort to deliver goods ordered within Australia in 5-10 working days from receipt of purchase. We will inform you of the processing date. We use Australia Post and we find them to be reliable. You may use your own courier if preferred, but you must let us know this in detail.

Refunds & Returns
We will replace any damaged or defective item that is due to manufacturing fault so long as it is returned within 14 days of purchase or 3 months of normal wear and tear from purchase time. Houndbag will examine the goods for defects and exchange them at our cost, if an exchange is not available then we will refund in full the cost of the goods.
If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return it (does not include postage) within 7 days with proof of purchase and brief explanation. Houndbag will refund in full the cost of the goods only. The cost incurred for returning goods not covered by the manufacturers’ warranty shall be at the customer’s expense. It is a good idea to use registered post in this instance.

Incorrect Items Ordered
We will issue a full refund for items ordered incorrectly by customers if notified within 7 days of receipt. The item(s) must be returned to our postal address, unopened and in the original packaging. If the customer is at fault in ordering product, postage costs will not be refunded. If we have sent you an incorrect product, we will gladly refund the cost of postage and promptly send you the correct product at no extra cost.
